VOICES OF IMPACT

For generations, Africans have gathered around the fire to share wisdom, tell stories, and make sense of life. The Fireside Chat reimagines this heritage for the digital age. Each month, a School leader hosts a guest, an academic, policymaker, business executive, or public figure, for an open conversation that explores leadership, ethics, and the human side of change.

These sessions are streamed online through LinkedIn and YouTube, allowing audiences to listen in real time or later on demand. At times, a Youth Circle guest host, drawn from the MBA, PGDM, or PhD programmes, joins the conversation, adding fresh intergenerational perspective.

The Fireside Chat embodies the School’s approach to leadership as dialogue rather than declaration. Each conversation aims not to impress but to connect, to spark reflection in all who listen.
